Code42, the leader in endpoint data protection and management, today announced that it will present, sponsor and exhibit at this week’s Gartner Portals, Content and Collaboration Summit, held May 5-7, 2014 in Los Angeles.
Andrew Renz, principal architect at Code42, will present a session titled “Devices Everywhere: The New Way to Protect and Share Data” on May 6 at 3:45 p.m. PT. Renz will discuss the value of an endpoint data protection and management platform, and how businesses can tap into the platform to meet e-discovery and compliance needs. He’ll also explain how IT should leverage enterprise-grade tools to enable employees and eliminate “the Dropbox problem.”
Prior to Code42, Renz spent six years at Apple IS&T, where he architected global NetBoot/NetInstall deployments, software distribution solutions and desktop backup strategies. Currently, he is instrumental in designing and deploying global data management and protection solutions for Code42’s Fortune 500 customers.
In addition to the session presentation, Code42 will provide live demos of its enterprise file sync and share solution SharePlan, as well as its award-winning endpoint backup and data protection solution CrashPlan, in booth #307 of the solution showcase.
