NoMachine,
global provider of remote access and desktop delivery products, and
Babylon Cloud, Italian start-up of Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IAAS),
today announced a partnership that will enable companies to deploy and
access a complete set of cloud-based services hosted on a variety of
platforms. Through this collaboration Babylon Cloud will give
organizations the ability to centralize their entire ICT infrastructure,
not only data storage, but also optimization of access to applications,
desktops and other services from any device and location.
The
partnership sees NoMachine collaborate for the first time with a hybrid
and public cloud service provider in Italy, namely Babylon Cloud,
permitting the Italian start-up to enhance its own product portfolio
currently focused on IAAS, and take the "Italian Cloud" to the next
level.
Babylon Cloud combined with NoMachine includes all the
technologies needed for an end-to-end enterprise infrastructure
solution, offering organizations not only data storage and secure access
to it, but enabling administrators to control and deploy thousands of
desktops and IT resources in the corporate datacenter, all with infinite
scale and flexibility.
"Babylon Cloud is rapidly growing in
both market reach and in its ability to customize infrastructure
services to serve real customer needs, and we are determined to keep up.
In order to consolidate its presence in the market, Babylon Cloud will
focus increasingly on partnerships," said Alessandro De Losa, CEO of
Babylon Cloud, "and the collaboration with NoMachine is a key step
towards a better integration of our IAAS offering with customers'
operations."
"We're excited to be partnering with Babylon Cloud
and look forward to driving IAAS adoption in Italy while creating
increased value for our joint clients as a result of this partnership,"
said Sarah Dryell, Business Development Manager of NoMachine.
