Devart Combines Cloud Backup and Data Integration Service in New Skyvia v3.0
Devart, a recognized provider of database connectivity solutions and tools for developers, announced the release of Skyvia 3.0, a free online service for cloud data integration and, now, cloud backup. The new version is the next step in evolution of the young cloud data platform. In a short time Skyvia has managed to get a lot of loyal customers from all over the world. The service enables users to perform data export, import, replication, synchronization in a simple user interface. With Skyvia Backup users get automatic daily and anytime manual backup with one-click restore functionality. New predefined templates for data mapping greatly speed up configuring import and synchronization operations and simplify migration between cloud data sources.

The list of supported data sources constantly expands in accordance with user feedbacks. For now, Skyvia supports a wide range of database systems (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL etc.), popular CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics CRM, Zoho CRM, SugarCRM) and other data sources (Dropbox, FTP, Box, Google Drive etc).

"The goal of our team is to offer the best cloud service for wide array of data operations with no need of coding," said Alex Hyrniy, Skyvia Product Manager. "For now, as long as Skyvia is a growing service, it’s free of charge, because we're aimed to hear the needs and opinions from the customers to make Skyvia a strong player on a cloud market soon."

Cloud Data Backup

The essential feature of new update is cloud data backup. Skyvia backup supports Salesforce, Dynamics CRM, SugarCRM and Zoho CRM. With Skyvia, backup configuration is very simple and can be performed in few clicks. Restore operations are even easier – one needs just to select data to restore and click the Restore button. Skyvia allows restoring whole objects, separate records and even separate fields. Backed up data can be viewed and exported anytime.

Skyvia offers powerful functionality for searching backed up data, which makes it easy to find a specific record in backups. Skyvia also offers monitoring tools to quickly view the status of all your backup and restore operations. Its unique feature is the ability to compare backups for different points in time and display data changes between them.

Predefined Mapping Templates

Moreover, the new version provides predefined mapping templates that greatly simplify configuring import and synchronization operations between cloud data sources. Now an operation loading data between cloud data sources can be configured in less than a minute, and this makes data migration much easier.

Additionally, Skyvia 3.0 allows much faster configuration of data replication from cloud source to a database, offers improved interface and other features.
