Zenoss Gives Telindus a Competitive Edge in the Shift to Software-Defined Operations

Zenoss Inc., the leading provider of unified monitoring and analytics solutions for physical, virtual, and cloud-based IT infrastructure and applications, today announced Telindus continues to deploy Zenoss across its network infrastructure suite of solutions and will rely on the converged infrastructure platform for new software-defined operation initiatives.

“What started as a network and server focused application is now transitioning to the new world of software-defined everything,” stated Tijmen van den Brink, Team Leader Managed Services Operations at Telindus. “We deliver best of breed access, connectivity and datacenter solutions. On top of these solutions we offer managed services. Emerging technologies, such as hyper converged infrastructures and software-defined everything, are adopted by our customers and with Zenoss we are able to manage them and respond quickly.”

Telindus, a Proximus Company, is the independent expert and supplier in the field of access, connectivity and data center solutions in combination with multi-vendor support and managed services. IT demands are becoming more and more extreme and that requires knowledge of the complete IT chain. Because individual components like the datacenter, connectivity and access layer continue to integrate further, these can no longer be separate. Telindus’ knowledge and expertise in the field of end-to-end infrastructure solutions seamlessly matches this.

“Networking is just a small part of what we do. Nowadays it’s more a converged or unified approach, where networking, storage and compute meet each other,” adds van den Brink. “With these solutions the organization focuses on guaranteeing optimal and safe access to the complete infrastructure and maximum availability: everywhere, from every place.”

“Telindus has been a customer of Zenoss for many years and they utilize our technology to understand how performance and availability degradations impact overall service delivery and quality,” stated Brian Wilson, Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Zenoss. “The underlying infrastructure where Zenoss resides is essentially invisible to those managing it, but making smarter decisions about how to optimize your environment and plan for future growth is top of mind for everyone in the business.”

Telindus will be showcasing how they enable adaptive IT at its Vision and Focus event on March, 24:
