Equilibrium Unveils InstantOn Azure Integration at Microsoft Ignite
Equilibrium, the world's leading enterprise content-management and automated mobile media-delivery company, today will showcase its new InstantOn, a new Azure-hosted development of MediaRich ECM for SharePoint 5, at the Microsoft Ignite Conference in Chicago, following the news that the leading all-media server, MediaRich Server 4, is arriving on the Azure Marketplace this month. The first public demonstrations of this new solution will be at booth No. 250 at the conference.
MediaRich ECM for SharePoint is the leading tool for enhancing SharePoint environments, turning them into high-performance visual management platforms, which have been used on premises by hundreds of customers for years. The market's demand for cloud-based infrastructure continues to grow, and MediaRich ECM for SharePoint is already being deployed in public clouds.

However, the required deployment time has meant that many of the cloud's advantages were not being exploited quickly enough to be fully realized. Equilibrium has been working closely with Microsoft to create a breakthrough in deploying a complete multi-server platform based on SharePoint that cuts deployment time down dramatically.

"The solution we have created for the provisioning and deployment of our product with a SharePoint farm will save customers months of work in just a matter of minutes," said Chris Duke, vice president of product at Equilibrium. "The savings will pay for itself, freeing up valuable development resources."

This offering on Microsoft's Azure Marketplace delivers a new experience which allows the deployment of an entire SharePoint farm with MediaRich ECM in a matter of minutes. Customers will have all the enhancements that come with Media Rich ECM for SharePoint hosted in their Azure account in no time at all. The product will be available in the Azure Marketplace in the coming weeks.
