Virtacore, a leading cloud services provider specializing in
virtual Infrastructure as a Service solutions utilizing VMWare, is
pleased to announce that it's now a part of the Cloud Advisory Board
organized by one of its key business partners, Zerto.
Zerto sets the gold standard for the protection, recovery and migration
of data into cloud-based and virtualized data centers. The company
recently formed an advisory board to support innovation in the areas of
business continuity and disaster recovery. The board's thought
leadership should benefit the entire global ecosystem of enterprise
users, cloud service providers and value-added resellers.
Members of Zerto's advisory board include companies from across a wide
swath of the business world. They include industry leaders in chemicals,
education, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, retail,
technology and telecommunications. The select group also includes
vendors from Gartner's 2015 DisasterRecovery as a Service "Magic
Quadrant" - small organizations with less than 100 employees who were
among the early adopters of DRaaS.
The partnership between Virtacore and Zerto dates back to October 2014,
when Virtacore first joined Zerto's Cloud Disaster Recovery Ecosystem to
offer disaster recovery services powered by Zerto's award-winning
solution, Zerto Virtual Replication. This partnership has helped
Virtacore provide unparalleled cloud DR service to clients of all sizes,
all in real time.
George Naspo, CEO of Virtacore, stated that, “The partnership with Zerto
has been a good one since the beginning and now being named to their
advisory board only strengthens the relationship. All our customers that
have added Zerto to their portfolio are extremely pleased with the
product and we continue to add new customers monthly.”
Virtacore joined Zerto's Cloud DR ecosystem to demonstrate its
commitment to delivering user-friendly DR service at an attractive
price. The partnership enabled Virtacore customers to choose from a
range of options including DR as a Service, on-premise application
protection in the cloud, and In-Cloud DR, which replicates applications
in a secondary cloud data center. This advisory board membership should
only strengthen the partnership between Virtacore and Zerto.
