In a move to meet growing demand for
its proven cloud delivery platform, CloudBolt Software is announcing a
series of significant corporate updates: the company has moved its
headquarters from D.C. to Silicon Valley, secured new funding, added
experienced sales and marketing veterans to the team and created a new
Advisory Council with leading technology industry experts.

Moves corporate headquarters from D.C. to Silicon Valley: CloudBolt
has moved its headquarters from D.C. to Silicon Valley in Campbell,
California. CloudBolt now has three offices with employees also located
in Portland, Oregon and Rockville, Maryland.
4x expansion of CloudBolt’s sales and marketing teams; appoints two
new Directors: CloudBolt will be growing its sales and marketing teams
by 4x. The marketing team will be led by the company’s new Director of
Marketing, Ephraim Baron. A strong leader with more than 20 years
industry experience, Mr. Baron held several senior management positions
at leading enterprise technology companies including Equinix, EMC,
Microsoft and Jasper before joining CloudBolt. CloudBolt’s sales team
will be led by Director of Sales, Brian J. Kelly. Mr. Kelly brings more
than a decade of enterprise sales experience to CloudBolt from leading
technology companies including IronKey and Xerox.
Creates initial Advisory Council: CloudBolt has also created an
Advisory Council to help guide the company through its next stage of
product development and company growth. Initial team members include
