Radiant Logic.
Many of the world’s largest companies rely on Radiant Logic’s deep
identity management expertise to help them integrate complex and

The trend toward adoption of Identity and Access Management practices
for customer- oriented projects has been noted by many industry
analysts. “Digital business initiatives involve bringing additional
users or additional user constituencies online. Such scenarios not only
can include customer and partner users, but also sometimes employee
users who traditionally didn't need online access but now do as more
processes become digitized. This is especially true for retail,
transportation, and warehouse users.” (Mary Ruddy, The Emerging
Architecture of Modern Identity, Gartner 2015)
Particularly challenging for large enterprises, these new user
populations add to the number of users that need support from the
existing identity infrastructure, and often require more flexibility
than the existing user populations, whether it’s because they are in
remote locations, use their own devices or need special customization.
Scalability is important as well, because an overburdened identity
infrastructure can have an adverse impact on customer experience.
The future will bring even more challenges, with customers expecting
fast and secure Single Sign On, regardless of their location or device
and regardless of the condition of the underlying infrastructure.
Identity will play an increasingly crucial role, as companies define
their corporate image through their web sites and the experience of the
customer online. “And that’s where Radiant Logic comes in,” says Prompt.
“We unburden the identity provider and protect customer experience from
the complexities of the identity infrastructure.”
