Over 1,500 People Convene for AppDynamics AppSphere 2015

AppDynamics, a leading application intelligence company, today kicked off AppDynamics AppSphere 2015, the company’s second annual user conference, at the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas. With over 1,500 attendees, the four-day conference is bringing together like-minded industry thought-leaders, influencers, analysts, and IT operations teams focused on harnessing application intelligence to support digital transformation. An action-packed agenda filled with thought-provoking keynotes, hands-on training, networking, and education opportunities includes 50 industry speakers, 40 breakout sessions, 17 training classes, and 12 demo stations.

The conference is specifically designed to give attendees an opportunity to gain a competitive advantage as their businesses continue to digitally transform in today’s software-defined world. Attendees have the opportunity to listen to industry luminaries from the world’s leading software-reliant companies, including Microsoft, Tesla, Expedia, and The Container Store.

General session speakers include some of technology’s leading lights, such as Stephen Orban, global head of enterprise strategy at Amazon Web Services; and David Kirkpatrick, author, journalist, and CEO of Techonomy Media. To view the full agenda, please visit here.

This year, AppDynamics is introducing Birds of a Feather, a peer-to-peer best practice-sharing network lunch, to encourage quality conversations with industry colleagues. These sessions take place Tuesday, December 1 at 12:00 p.m. PT, and will specifically focus on financial technology, digital entertainment, and SaaS at scale. In addition to networking opportunities, attendees are encouraged to explore the future of application software through interactive sessions and demos, live on-site workshops, and various trainings.

“The fact that our attendance level more than doubled from last year affirms the excitement and vision our customers share with us around Application Intelligence and digital transformation,” said Jyoti Bansal, founder and executive chairman of AppDynamics. “AppSphere 2015 is not only an opportunity to educate and network, but allows fellow ‘AppDynamos’ to have personal interactions with customers and learn the true value and impact our products make on their businesses.”
