With a proven track record of driving hyper growth for start-ups, Thompson will lead OneCloud into its next phase - scaling the company's vision - in order to ensure all companies have access to cost-effective and simple disaster recovery.

Prior to that, he served as Executive Chairman and CEO/President of Egenera, Inc. where he grew the company to $100M in just five years.
