CloudBolt,
a leader in cloud management technology, today announced that the
company’s cloud management platform has earned the 2016
Modern Infrastructure Impact Award for Best Private/Hybrid Cloud
Management Product. CloudBolt was recognized for its ease of use,
comprehensive features, compatibility, and ability to be deployed as
part of a new private cloud build or easily integrated with existing
infrastructure.
Now in its third year, The Modern Infrastructure Impact Awards are
judged by the Modern Infrastructure e-zine editorial staff in
conjunction with users, readers, and industry experts. They recognize
tools that help enterprise businesses to run with efficiency and insight.
“We have been continually innovating the CloudBolt cloud management
platform to extend its ease-of-use, compatibility with major cloud
environments and technologies, and ease of deployment in both new and
brownfield environments,” said Jon Mittelhauser, CEO, CloudBolt. “We are
thrilled to have been selected the winner of this Modern Infrastructure
Impact Award from such a wide and distinguished field of finalists.”
“CloudBolt clears up muddied private, hybrid cloud field”
According to judges, CloudBolt's software "takes all the features
enterprises are looking for and puts them into a single intuitive
interface that enables IT to react to business needs." Among the most
important factors that led judges to select CloudBolt was its compatibility
with products from a wide range of hardware and software vendors.
The vendor-agnostic platform can be deployed as part of a new cloud
build-out or can be easily integrated with existing infrastructure. “In
short,” they said, “CloudBolt's software helps enterprise IT shops
operate like a cloud service provider.”
CloudBolt's software was also recognized for offering the most
comprehensive feature set of the nominated products, with customizable
dashboards, reporting, and automation control. Readers praised the
product’s user-friendly
interface and ease of use.
"CloudBolt installed in our environment in an incredibly short period of
time (i.e. less than an hour) and did an extremely comprehensive import
of our environment," one reader wrote. "We literally turned our existing
infrastructure into an Amazon-like cloud in a matter of minutes. If I
had not seen it with my own eyes, I would not have believed it."
