RES,
the leader in enabling, automating and securing digital workspaces,
today announced the hiring of Tom Flink, a proven services, sales and
channels executive, to the role of Senior Vice President of Sales and
Services. In his new role with RES, Mr. Flink is taking on leadership
responsibility for the company’s global field operations, including
sales, channels, services and customer success.
“Tom is joining the RES leadership team at a powerful time,” said Al
Monserrat, CEO of RES. “With our company experiencing accelerating
demand for its security, access and workspace management solutions, and
with milestone customer wins, we are raising our game globally. Tom also
cements our ‘partner-first’ strategy, with his channel partner

solutions integrators. He’s a first-class professional, a former
colleague, and a seasoned executive of proven excellence and leadership.”
Mr. Flink joins RES following global and regional leadership roles with
Citrix (NASDAQ: CTXS) where he served as the top global channel

technologies and emerging routes to market, including Xenprise,
Cloud.com and the Citrix Service Provider program. In 2015, CRN named
Tom a “50 Most Influential” channel chief. He was previously SVP of
Solutions Development with MTM Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of
next generation IT solutions, and President and COO of Vector ESP, Inc.,
an IT solutions firm that was acquired by MTM Technologies in 2005.
“It is an exciting time to join RES. I’m confident that with the
company’s product vision and investment in innovation, RES will continue
to be a rising force in the industry; and the excellence of its
fanatical customer support team is almost legendary. I’m thrilled to be
a part of it,” said Flink. “RES offers a leading End User Computing
(EUC) value proposition for hybrid workspaces, with unique security,
automation and self-service solutions. I’m looking forward to bringing
the value of RES to customers and partners worldwide.”
