Citrix Synergy is upon us again and this year they have relocated the conference to Las Vegas due to construction that is currently underway
at the Moscone Center in San Francisco (their home for the past several
years). This year will be the first Citrix Synergy conference since
the departure of former CEO, Mark Templeton. VMblog is fortunate to be
attending and will be delivering videos and information from the
conference that takes place from May 24-26 at the Venetian.
This year they have 108 hours of breakouts in sessions of 45, 60 and 90 minutes and 40 sessions built for customers by customer and partners, as well as 171 hours of intensive learning labs. The keynote will feature the new president and CEO, Kirill Tatarinov
who will share his unique perspective on the digital transformation
impacting the world today, how it powers new opportunities for business
and enhances the way we work and live. The convergence of Cloud, Mobile
and Big Data is driving a need for change in a way that can bridge the
present and future while realizing business outcomes along the journey.
Get inspired by the technology that is leading digital business
transformation during the General Session. The dynamic General Session
will reinforce the Citrix strategy for secure delivery of apps and data
with deep dives from product leaders who will cover major areas of
innovation across the Citrix portfolio. Cool demos of the latest Citrix
advancements as well as insights into what’s coming next will offer you
new possibilities for your IT strategy.
Throughout the week you will find numerous opportunities to network
as you walk the Expo floor and visit the many companies in the Citrix
ecosystem. Then, to finish the week, Citrix will be throwing a party like
no one else can as they close down Fremont street for a private block
party featuring a live performance from the band Fall Out Boy. Visit the official website of Citrix Synergy for more info.
See you there!
