Nexsan
today announced that it has signed a global OEM agreement with X-IO
Technologies to integrate Nexsan's E60 storage array into X-IO's
enterprise storage solution.
This strategic agreement allows X-IO
Technologies to offer customers a longer-term capacity tier in the
solution based on Nexsan's ultra-reliable, high performance E-Series
block storage system. The addition, of the E60 to its portfolio, means
X-IO can deliver an extremely cost effective solution for archiving
data. X-IO Technologies will sell the new solution through its channel
partners expanding Nexsan's customer reach.

E-Series storage arrays and
expansion units will be deployed with high density HDDs to optimize

healthcare, HPC, financial, surveillance and service provider sectors.
