Talari Networks Unlocks Microsoft Route to Market with Extended SD-WAN Solution
Talari Networks, the trusted technology innovator and market leader of Software Defined WAN (SD-WAN) solutions, announced today the availability of its next-generation virtual appliance, the VT800, which delivers an easy and flexible way for enterprises to deploy a Talari SD-WAN. The VT800 represents an important step in broadening the platforms that Talari supports by extending the existing VMware ESX and Amazon Web Services integration, to now include popular Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Hyper-V. This innovation enables customers to capture the lower cost, increased capacity, higher reliability and improved application performance benefits that a Talari SD-WAN has to offer natively on their Microsoft infrastructure.

"Talari has always focused on offering customers a high degree of flexibility when it comes to acquiring and deploying an SD-WAN solution," said John Dickey, president and COO, Talari Networks. "As the market evolves to increasingly use cloud and hypervisor-based services in the WAN and branch, we are pleased to extend our solution to include two of the leading technologies that are supporting this transition; Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Hyper-V."

The VT800 allows customers to adjust the SD-WAN performance quickly and easily as requirements change. A benefit of this approach is that it aligns with the elastic resource consumption model that IT organizations expect from cloud and virtualized technologies.

"Looking ahead, Talari will continue to expand the SD-WAN deployment options through product innovation and the creation of a technology ecosystem that will include leading vendors and service providers," said Dickey. "Our work with Microsoft, Amazon and VMware as delivery options for the VT800 are the latest milestones on our journey to bring a comprehensive, partner integrated SD-WAN solution to market."

The Talari VT800, which supports performance levels of 20 Mbps, 40 Mbps, 100 Mbps and 200 Mbps, is available today directly through Talari and authorized partners. For more information, visit
