VMTurbo to Present at Interop 2016 in Las Vegas

VMTurbo, the only application performance control platform, announced that it will be exhibiting at Interop 2016 in Las Vegas this week, and will be presenting sessions in two tracks: "Adopting Private Cloud -- A Practical Approach", and "OpenStack for Enterprise", both presented by Principal Solutions Engineer Eric Wright.

"Private cloud implementations fail for reasons that are entirely within our reach to solve," said Wright. "The key factors of private cloud are often overlooked, and most are organizational and people processes rather than the technology. This is why the approach to private cloud needs to be different than what we've done with virtualization."

Wright's talk will focus on the 40% of key factors that are technical and the 60% that are psychology. For private cloud, people, process, technology are three key pillars, and to succeed organizations need to solve the challenges in that order.

Wright's talk "Adopting Private Cloud -- A Practical Approach" takes place on Wednesday May 4th 11:45 AM-12:45 PM in Breakers room F. More information can be found here.

"OpenStack is absolutely a viable enterprise private cloud platform," Wright added. "There are too many ways to succeed with OpenStack today that outweigh the early skeptics of the open source cloud ecosystem. We are at a real turning point where organizations are ready to consume IT in new ways. The time is now to embrace OpenStack and private cloud."
