Nariman Teymourian, chairman of the board and CEO, Gridstore, "and it is
just the first step in a total transformation where IT will no longer

limited view of this transformation. Gridstore will lead this
transformation with both leading edge technology and a new business
model."

adding to sales, support, and R&D worldwide. Nariman replaces Kelly

the executive team as CTO.
