Tintri Inc., a leading producer of VM-aware storage (VAS) for virtualization and cloud environments, has been named one of the 2016 Top Workplaces by The Bay Area News Group for the third consecutive year. The Top Workplaces list is based solely on the results of employees surveyed by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement.

"To be a Top Workplace, organizations must meet our strict standards for organizational health," said Doug Claffey, CEO of WorkplaceDynamics. "Who better to ask about work life than the people who live the culture every day-the employees. Time and time again, our research has proven that what's most important to them is a strong belief in where the organization is headed, how it's going to get there, and the feeling that everyone is in it together. Without this sense of connection, an organization doesn't have a shot at being named a Top Workplace."

Tintri specializes in building VM-aware storage designed for virtualized applications. Since emerging from stealth in 2011, the company has grown to more than 500 employees today and has expanded into new markets in EMEA and Asia. Even as the company expands, it retains a positive and unique employee culture that helped it earn the distinction as a "Top Workplace" and rank #26 on Glassdoor's global list of "Best Workplaces." Alongside ingenuity, Tintri values a collaborative culture that plays a key role in company growth and employee satisfaction.

"We know that in order to have a great company, we need to have a great culture," said Ken Klein, CEO and Chairman of Tintri. "Receiving this award for a third time shows that as we grow we reinforce our foundation of values. We're so fortunate to have a highly engaged workforce, which helps to attract more top talent. We plan to continue our streak and raise the bar even higher."
