
Kony,
Inc., the leading enterprise mobility company, today announced the
appointment of Todd Riesterer as chief human resources officer and Wayne
McCulloch as senior vice president of Customer Success. Riesterer will
lead all people operations for Kony, specifically in the areas of
organizational planning, talent management and performance and
development. McCulloch will lead the Customer Success program, focusing
on improved customer engagement, support and training.
Riesterer joins Kony after serving as senior vice president of Human
Resources (HR) at InsideSales.com where he was instrumental in doubling
the employee base to support the company’s fast growth. He also led
international human resource growth strategies for VMware’s Global
Customer and Business Operations organizations, which included more than
9,000 employees. During his 25-year career, Riesterer also led global HR
programs at McAfee, Business Objects and Cadence Design Systems.
McCulloch joins Kony from Salesforce.com
where he served as the senior vice president of Salesforce University.
In this role, he built the global team responsible for building,
selling, deploying and supporting enablement & adoptions strategies for Salesforce.com
worldwide. McCulloch also led Education Services functions for HP
Enterprise, Genesys, LifeSize and Lombardi Software. During his 20-year
career, McCulloch led Education, Support and Services programs to drive
customer success, which accelerated revenue and margin growth within the
business, resulting in improved product adoption and customer renewals.
