Kalen Arndt, a World Wide Technology (WWT) solutions architect recently became only the second person in the world to earn all three VMware Certified Design Expert (VCDX) designations: Data Center Virtualization (VCDX-DCV), Desktop and Mobility (VCDX-DTM), and Network Virtualization (VCDX-NV).
The VCDX designation is the highest level of VMware certification, requiring years of experience and months of preparation. This elite group is comprised of design architects who are highly-skilled in VMware deployments. As the top VMware certification, the designation is intended for veteran professionals who want to validate and demonstrate their deep expertise in VMware technology. To earn the VCDX certification, candidates must first achieve prerequisite certifications and then submit and successfully defend a production-ready VMware solution before a panel of veteran VCDX-DCV holders. This rigorous process ensures that those who achieve VCDX status are peer-vetted and ready to join an elite group of world-class consulting architects.
Based in the Denver area, Kalen has been a data center deployment engineer on World Wide Technology’s professional services team for three years.
