Bromium's Growth Triggers Launch of New Premium Support Services

Bromium, Inc., the pioneer and leader in virtualization-based enterprise security that stops advanced malware attacks, today announced the launch of its new Premium Support Services. The new services will help businesses realize the full value of Bromium from day one, as well as take advantage of personalized attack analysis from Bromium threat experts.

"Bromium is being used in some of the largest, security-conscious environments in the world, allowing us to prove that our platform doesn't just reduce user-introduced threats, it effectively eliminates them," says Ian Pratt, Co-founder and President. In a recent TechValidate study, 100 percent of respondents report protecting their business assets -- intellectual property, customer data and brand reputation -- as the top reason for adding Bromium to their security portfolio. Providing a higher level of support puts protection in place faster.

"The launch of our new enterprise Premium Support Services will help our rapidly expanding customer base maximize the benefits of our bulletproof enterprise protection. With a dedicated Bromium Premium Support resource, as well as certification and training to upskill in-house incident response and admin teams, customers realize the full value of our solution from day one."

Bromium's Premium Support Services ensure that customers are provided with continual oversight through access to Bromium's experts. Key benefits include:

  • Attack analysis reporting: Bromium Threat Labs offers detailed post-mortem analysis for alerts issued by the Bromium Secure Platform. This is significant in instances of zero-day attacks and unknown targeted threats, where customers' security operations center (SOC) may require more intelligence to defend the enterprise beyond the endpoint.
  • Product upgrades: Bromium's new Premium Support Services offers the latest threat intelligence through its Bromium Customer Portal, as well as providing product upgrade assistance and early access to Bromium software upgrades.
  • Dedicated Customer Success Managers (CSM): Each customer is assigned a CSM who is certified with extensive support experience and has direct access to technical experts within Bromium. These CSMs provide priority case handling, as well as producing monthly reports including a summary of security incident information, and conduct site visits twice a year.
  • Online certification and training: In conjunction with these services, Bromium is also launching an online instructor-led certification program, including separate tracks for administrators and incident response teams to tailor the training to specific team needs.

"Just as we used virtualization to transform enterprise infrastructure with Xen, we are now applying the same technology to the enterprise security problem. Micro-virtualization will be the de-facto standard for endpoint security; it is the only way to eliminate user-introduced threats from the enterprise," Pratt concludes. "Now that compute power has caught up with our vision for CPU-enforced isolation, the market is moving towards the new normal: virtualized security that works in tandem with next-gen anti-virus. The launch of these services is the next step in this evolution as we continue to grow our customer base committed to providing the best security for their business."
