ZeroStack, Inc.,
the leader in making self-driving private cloud affordable for all
companies, today announced that it has opened a European sales office in
Amsterdam, Netherlands and has recruited Ton Welling and Ronnie Oomen
to represent ZeroStack in Europe.
"Much
of Western and Central Europe as well as the United Kingdom have strong
data governance regulations requiring on-premises options that are both
integrated with local hosting, managed services providers and public
cloud providers," said Ton Welling, a 20-year veteran of technology
sales with broad experience in infrastructure sales. His previous
experience includes work for Data Domain, EMC, Hitachi Data Systems,
Pure Storage, and V3 Systems.
"This
service delivery landscape is an ideal opportunity position leading
integrated solutions as fundamental and foundational to a business's
digital transformation," said Ronnie Oomen, also a 20-year veteran of
technology engineering and sales, with previous experience with Data
Domain, EMC, Fujitsu, Pure Storage, and V3 Systems.
"Ton
and Ronnie have strong backgrounds in storage, and they are ideal for
carrying the message of ZeroStack's integration with third-party storage
solutions," said Ajay Gulati, CEO of ZeroStack. "We have had a lot of
interest in our self-driving cloud solutions from European customers,
and this team and new office will ensure we serve those customers more
effectively."
