the company's Advisory Board. Leveraging over 25 years of experience in
successfully formulating and executing Strategic Business/Technology vision
roadmaps, as well as a track record of developing and leading high performing
teams, Addala will serve as an advisor assisting appLariat with its strategic
product innovation
Addala
brings a diverse digital & IT business background to appLariat's Advisory
Board, including digital leadership, formulation and execution of end to end
digital business strategies, business growth, digital transformations, big data
analytics and digital innovations. Currently, Addala is Chief Digital Officer
for GE Renewable Energy where he leads Industrial Internet transformation and
disruptive innovations for the Renewables industry. He leads the Digital
Business, that builds and commercializes industrial internet software products
and a digital ecosystem to deliver revolutionary customer outcomes.
Addala was previously Chief Digital Officer for Caterpillar, where he
provided digital leadership and led customer/market-facing digital business
transformations & innovations, including disruptive innovations, digital
ecosystem, eCommerce, IoT, big data analytics, digital products & services,
and startup ventures. He was responsible for a $5B shadow P&L,
championed the digital-first mindset both within Caterpillar and customer
organizations and served on JV's advisory boards. Sanjeev's past experiences
include corporate strategy, engineering, software/analytics, services,
telematics, IoT, digital transformations, and information technology (CIO/CTO)
with General Motors, and Ford Motor Company.
