Thycotic, a provider of privileged
account management (PAM) solutions for more than 7,500 organizations
worldwide, today announced its Privileged Ready Program. This program
highlights the breadth of Thycotic's integration capabilities with a
number of leading security vendors around the world.
"Our
customers need the ability to manage all users' access to a variety of
systems, applications and data, but they also need to apply stronger
controls to those users that have privileged accounts," said Joe
Gottlieb, senior vice president of corporate development for SailPoint.
"By partnering with Thycotic, we're helping joint customers achieve a
single point of governance across routine and privileged access.
Thycotic's Privilege Ready Program will accelerate our collective reach
into privileged accounts on all systems and applications."
Thycotic
recognizes that most organizations have existing security solutions in
place that need to be protected and integrated with a Privileged Account
Management solution for enhanced security and protection capabilities.
Every other security tool has administrative credentials embedded in the
product that needs to be protected so that these tools cannot be
compromised and bypassed by attackers. Additionally, many of these
tools, such as Vulnerability Scanners, need access to privileged
credentials in order to conduct deeper scans.
With the
new Thycotic Privilege Ready Program, organizations can now implement
Thycotic's Secret Server into their ecosystems to add protection across
the company with privileged accounts. The program currently highlights
integrations with more than 20 distinct vendors and will be fully
integrated with more than 50 organizations by the end of the year.
Thycotic's Privilege Ready Program covers different levels of
integration from API access, documentation, training and rebranding.
"As
organizations look to build out their complete architecture, Thycotic
is a trusted PAM solution that they can turn to as it integrates with
many of the leading security vendors out there," said Joseph Carson,
Chief Security Scientist at Thycotic. "This vast strategic integration
program gives companies the opportunity to understand the importance of
protecting their keys to the kingdom while learning how vital a
privileged account management solution is to their comprehensive
architecture."
