HyperGrid, the Enterprise Cloud-as-a-Service leader, today announced that Robert Taccini has been appointed as chief financial officer of the company. Taccini joins HyperGrid during a period of rapid expansion and growth for the company.

As a CPA, Bob understands global strategic planning and we expect him to succeed in his new role at HyperGrid."

Taccini brings a wealth of experience leading companies through rapid growth and global expansion. He joins HyperGrid from VCE Company, a market leader in converged infrastructure for private, public and hybrid cloud environments, where he served as CFO. Previously, Taccini served in executive-level finance positions at Cisco and held senior roles in several technology firms including LightStream Inc. and BBN Inc. Taccini began his career at KPMG serving financial institutions, consumer products and high-growth technology companies.

Taccini holds Bachelor's degrees in finance and accounting from Babson College and a Master's in finance from Bentley College.
