Zerto Streamlines Global Customer Support with Skuid No-Code Platform
Skuid, the leading no-code cloud application platform, today announced that Zerto, the industry leader for IT resilience, has chosen Skuid to simplify its customer support process and significantly increase productivity for its Global Services and IT teams.

With Skuid, Zerto will replace the need to write code to make customizations to its existing Support Workbench application. Skuid will initially be used by the Zerto Global Services team to streamline business operations across other Zerto teams, including IT. Zerto's support team will no longer be burdened by a host of administrative tasks formerly required to process cases or find necessary information. The time savings will free Zerto's IT team to focus on high-value projects instead of backlog requests.
