CloudShare Releases Training Solution for SaaS to Speed Adoption and Boost Retention

CloudShare, a leading provider of specialized cloud solutions for training, sales enablement and sandboxing, today announced general availability of its Training Solution for SaaS.

The market for SaaS applications is expected to reach more than $71 billion this year, according to Crozdesk's SaaS and Cloud Startup Report 2018. As the growth of SaaS products continues, applications are increasingly as complex as their on-premise counterparts, making training critical to business success. Hands-on, instructor-led training engages students and leads to more successful knowledge transfer. These outcomes help solve one of the primary reasons for cancelled SaaS subscriptions: failure to adopt and use the product.

CloudShare Training Solution for SaaS is a cloud-agnostic offering supporting any SaaS application, regardless of where it is hosted. Students access with one click from any browser, without the need for set-up or installation. Instructors schedule classes and send student invitations in minutes. A full-featured instructor console enables trainers to supervise an entire class from a single screen, view student progress in real time, answer student questions and assume control to assist students as needed. Dashboards with built-in analytics enable managers to refine and improve training offerings without the need for dedicated administrative or IT staff.

"Immersive training is the most effective way to engage students and ensure they get value from newly adopted SaaS tools," said Michal Frenkel, director of product at CloudShare. "Close partnerships with our customers have enabled us to provide the high-productivity features, ease of use and exceptional experiences that have made CloudShare the No. 1 training lab for on-premise applications, and now we're extending these much-needed capabilities to SaaS-first companies and on-premise vendors adapting their offerings to the rapidly growing market for SaaS applications."
