Sysdig, Inc.,
the cloud-native intelligence company, announced today that Sysdig has
been named an Advanced Partner in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Partner
Network (APN). The new status underscores the company's ability to
support AWS customers in their pursuit to deliver reliable and secure
containerized software, faster.
The
advanced designation gives AWS customers peace of mind in knowing they
are selecting proven software and SaaS for container security and
monitoring. The designation is received only after going through a
thorough architectural and technical review by AWS, which includes
proving experience, reliability, security, success, and technical
proficiency.
"Sysdig
is a technology partner with proven enterprise experience, so it was no
surprise it passed our rigorous assessment," said Tony Le, partner
development at Amazon Web Services. "We look forward to partnering with
Sysdig to help more enterprises transition to AWS."
"Containers
and microservices deliver unmatched speed, efficiency, and agility
compared to traditional software architecture, but the complexity of
cloud-native architectures creates the need for a new way to capture the
performance and security data essential to effectively running
business-critical applications," said Loris Degioanni, chief technology
officer and founder of Sysdig. "As the pace of adoption accelerates and
cloud native becomes the default architectural model for enterprises,
Sysdig's approach to secure and monitor the containers and platforms
application developers rely on, including AWS and its resources,
drastically reduces the effort required by enterprises to gain
visibility into their applications."
The Sysdig Cloud-Native Intelligence Platform,
which consists of two products - Sysdig Secure and Sysdig Monitor - is
purpose-built to protect cloud-native environments, ensure they are
running smoothly, and meet compliance requirements. Sysdig Secure adds service-aware container security and forensics for real-time protection. Sysdig Monitor delivers
unmatched data collection for increased insight and faster incident
resolution; the ability to collect, store, and analyze high-cardinality
metrics; and multi-cloud monitoring.
The
new AWS partner status further validates the unified security and
monitoring approach by Sysdig, and its continued commitment to
delivering the tools and integrations necessary to easily develop,
deploy, and secure cloud-native applications, existing workloads moving
to the cloud, and multi-cloud architectures.
Sysdig will be demonstrating the Sysdig Cloud-Native Intelligence Platform at the upcoming AWS user conference re:Invent,
Nov. 26 - Nov. 30, 2018, in Las Vegas at Booth #2811.
