DH2i to Demonstrate Newly Announced DxOdyssey Software, Software Defined Perimeter Solution, at Upcoming RSA Conference
DH2i, the leading provider of multi-platform Software Defined Perimeter and Smart Availability software, today announced it will demonstrate its newly announced DxOdyssey software at the upcoming RSA Conference taking place March 4-8, at the Moscone Center (San Francisco, CA). Attendees visiting DH2i Booth S 3139 will have an opportunity to see firsthand how DxOdyssey enables its users to create a true software defined perimeter via highly available, easy to deploy, application micro-tunnels from any host, to any host, anywhere and at any time-creating an essential building block to a zero trust security architecture.

Historically, datacenter managers have turned to VPNs for the secure access and transfer of data. However, VPNs have become obsolete for today's reality of IoT, hybrid and multi-cloud. They were not designed for this. VPNs create too large an attack surface - essentially giving users a "slice of the network." Moreover, VPNs require complex configuration with dedicated routers, ACLs and FW policies that further increase not only risk, but expense. During this upcoming RSA Conference, DH2i will demonstrate its newly launched network security software solution, DxOdyssey, which was specifically designed to overcome these challenges. It enables organizations to dynamically deploy highly available micro-perimeters to isolate services for fine-grained user access without using a VPN. DxOdyssey was purpose-built to give medium to large organizations the perimeter security model needed for cloud-centric network connectivity with virtually no attack surface.

"The reality of today's IT threatscape is that organizations must recognize that that old 'trust but verify' data security method is no longer relevant and that 'never trust, always verify, enforce least privilege' - in other words, 'zero trust' is the name of today's game," said Don Boxley, CEO and Co-Founder, DH2i. "This is the foundation on which DH2i's DxOdyssey was developed. DxOdyssey starts with the premise that every user does not require complete access. It enables organizations to to create micro-perimeter control that ensures remote users and partners gain access to only the specific computing services they need, without giving them a 'slice of the network.' In doing so, DxOdyssey not only ensures control and security, but delivers visibility into how users and partners are using services and data-thereby enabling organizations to better win, serve and retain partners and customers."

During the upcoming RSA conference, attendees will also be able to learn how when DxOdyssey is combined with DH2i's DxEnterprise Smart Availability software solution, organizations are assured of an always-on, always-secure business infrastructure.
