Commvault, a recognized global enterprise software leader in the management of data
for cloud and on-premises environments, today announced the appointment of
Riccardo Di Blasio to Chief Revenue Officer. In this role, Di Blasio will be
responsible for leading all revenue-related activities through increased
integration and alignment across all areas of the business.
Di Blasio brings to
Commvault more than two decades of experience with leadership roles in global
sales, marketing and business operations - all focused on accelerating revenue
growth strategies. He has proven expertise in B2B enterprise markets with deep
specialization in several segments of the technology stack, including
Infrastructure platforms, As-a-Service models, Internet of Things, Connected Cars,
Autonomous Driving and more.

Most recently, Di Blasio led
DXC Technology as Global Head of Sales for VMware Cloud Platform Services.
Prior to that role, he was CEO at Globetouch, Inc.,
leading the company growth in the IoT and connected cars industry, and COO at
Cohesity, where he significantly grew the sales and support organizations while
expanding global operations and achieving double digit growth in sales. Previous to those positions, he served in various leadership
roles for more than a decade across US and EMEA, as Senior Vice President of
Sales and Marketing at VMware and EMC Corporation.
