Today, Zerto, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise
company, revealed that it has been named a leader in the G2 Fall 2021 Grid
Report for Disaster Recovery as a
Service (DRaaS), Data Replication, and Disaster Recovery. The company also received top overall scores in the Results and Usability Indexes for disaster recovery, each based on user
satisfaction ratings from customer reviews.
Zerto's
Leader status in the Disaster Recovery report is supported by the top overall
scores in both the Results and Usability Indexes. In the Results Index, Zerto received higher scores than any other vendor in
three distinct Disaster Recovery categories: Best Results overall, Best
Estimated ROI, and Users Most Likely to Recommend. In the Usability Index, Zerto also received higher scores than any other
vendor in three categories: Best Usability overall, Easiest to Use, and Easiest
Administration.
"We are
extremely pleased to receive this recognition from the G2 community. We strive
to give every organization the capability to defend itself from the
consequences of ransomware and data loss but it's always great to hear first
hand from customers that it's working." said Caroline Seymour, VP of product
marketing at Zerto. "Being recognized by G2 for disaster recovery as a service,
data replication and disaster recovery shows us that our platform and our team
are delivering the solutions that allow our customers to get back up and
running when their systems are down."
To provide
a fair evaluation, G2 maintains strict criteria for recognizing vendors with
high satisfaction scores. Based on customer satisfaction and scale (determined
by market share, vendor size, and social impact), the Fall 2021 Grid® Report
for each of the three categories ranks vendors into four quadrants-Leaders,
High Performers, Contenders and Niche players. Leaders are rated highly by G2
users and have substantial scale and market presence, as well as global support
and service resources.
Recent
customer reviews submitted to G2 demonstrate the high-quality user experience,
performance and versatility offered by the Zerto platform, with feedback
including:
"We
leverage Zerto for Disaster Recovery failover between our primary data center
and our secondary data center. We put all of our critical, Tier 1 applications
into Zerto replication groups so we can fail them over in case of an emergency.
We have also used Zerto for data center consolidations and migrations since it
is a great tool to be used for that type of project as well. We like the
flexibility that Zerto provides us and its overall ease of use." - Manager, Infrastructure
"Zerto is
very easy to get setup and replicating the VM's between the sites. We have used
it successfully for our Datacenter Migration Project where we have Migrated
800+ server from VMware and Hyper-V Platforms to our new datacenter on the
VMware Platform. It is highly customizable so you can change IP addresses,
domains, etc via scripts when you bring servers up in the new site. we have not
had any major issues with the software either during the Migration process." - Administrator
"I like the
analytics portal because it gives me an overview of my environment. I enjoy
that I have a single pane of glass for a health check of my environment. The
other thing that I did like best was the mobile app. I currently have the app
on my iPhone and check it daily. I can do this from anywhere by using my
MyZerto portal credentials and not having to start a VPN connection to check
the status of our environment." - Regional Director of IT
