Zenoss Inc., a leader in intelligent application and service monitoring,
announced it has launched a Zenoss Cloud zone for the Oceania
region. This means all U.S. and EMEA-based Zenoss Cloud services will be
available from a dedicated instance in Sydney, Australia. The Sydney
site was selected because it offers the highest standards of data
protection, having achieved certified strategic status for cloud
services under the Australian Government's Hosting Certification
Framework (HCF). The HCF provides guidance to government customers to
identify cloud providers that meet enhanced privacy, sovereignty and
security requirements. This means the company's security controls meet
the requirements set by the Digital Transformation Agency (DTA), which
ensures the secure management of critical infrastructure, supply chains,
government data and systems.
In addition to HCF, Google Cloud maintains an Information Security
Registered Assessors Program (IRAP) certification, which confirms that
Google Cloud's security controls meet the requirements prescribed by the
cloud security guidance issued by the Australian Cyber Security Center.
Attaining IRAP certification confirms that Google Cloud Platform's
physical, personnel and information security controls meet the
requirements prescribed by the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD). As a
part of this certification, Google Cloud Platform has been added to the
ASD's Certified Cloud Services List (CCSL).
Zenoss Cloud
is the first SaaS-based intelligent IT monitoring platform that streams
and normalizes all machine data, uniquely enabling the emergence of
context for preventing service disruptions in complex, modern IT
environments. Zenoss Cloud leverages the most powerful machine learning
and real-time analytics of streaming data to deliver full-stack
monitoring combined with AIOps, giving companies the ability to scale and adapt to the changing needs of their businesses.
"This expansion is another stepping stone in meeting customers' needs
around the world," said Trent Fitz, chief product officer for Zenoss.
"With multiple dedicated instances already in North America and EMEA,
expanding to Australia will provide the region with the only full-stack
monitoring AIOps solution that meets the highest levels of data
protection."
With the global demand for full-stack monitoring AIOps sharply
increasing, Zenoss continues to launch zones in additional regions. The
Zenoss Cloud Oceania region will be generally available to all customers
on March 27.
