Following last year’s release of Zerto In-Cloud (ZIC) within AWS Marketplace, Zerto has revealed that customers can now migrate to AWS with Zerto. This new capability backs up Zerto’s commitment to make the process of migrating to AWS universally seamless and adaptable to any organization’s cloud computing strategy.
By purchasing Zerto through the AWS Marketplace, customers can leverage the benefits of AWS as a disaster recovery site and apply a portion of their Zerto migration purchase toward AWS spend commitments. Doing so simplifies procurement, increases the ability to govern and guide an organization, and allows customers to start and scale their disaster recovery strategy on their own timeline.
“When we released ZIC in AWS Marketplace, we made a commitment to follow up and release a migration offering to our customers, and I am excited to say that time is now,” states Christina Rauscher, Global Alliances Director at Zerto. “As our presence in AWS Marketplace continues, it is a priority for Zerto to continue to bring the solutions that customers need to help solve for today’s ever-changing cybersecurity threats in the way that they want to purchase and consume them.”
Zerto’s solutions empower customers to migrate their data and applications to the cloud without having to sacrifice speed, accuracy, or impacting production environments. Customers enjoy a reduction in costs and resources through the utilization of AWS as the organization’s disaster recovery (DR) site that can supplement or substitute on-premises environments.
Migration through Zerto is hybrid and multi-cloud enabled, providing continuous availability through the fastest recovery time objective (RTO) and drastically cutting down the risk of data loss and downtime to ensure a 24/7 customer experience. Furthermore, Zerto’s software-only approach eliminates the need for agents or hardware appliances and allows the ability to test an organization’s recovery capabilities at any time without effecting production.
