Graitec has published its 2025 ESG Report, outlining the Group’s progress, targets and long-term commitments across environmental, social and governance priorities.
The report, published alongside Graitec’s updated Sustainability Commitments page, highlights how the company is addressing both the impact of its own operations and the role its technology can play in supporting a more sustainable AECO industry.

Among the key highlights, 25% of Graitec’s development budget is allocated to initiatives that contribute to sustainable development in design sofware. Investment focuses on areas including structural optimization, carbon assessment, renewable energy infrastructure modelling, and data-driven design.
Graitec has also set 2030 climate objectives to reduce absolute Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse-gas emissions by 42% from a 2023 base year and relevant Scope 3 emissions by 51.6% per euro of value added.
On the social side, Graitec recorded an 85% global employee satisfaction score in 2025 and continues to advance its commitments to inclusion, professional development, and gender equality. The Group is a signatory of the United Nations Women’s Empowerment Principles and has established targets for gender pay equity and management representation.
Through Graitec Give Days, employees receive one paid day each year to volunteer with a nonprofit organization. To date, employees have contributed 936 volunteering hours, with a target of 1,000 cumulative hours by 2027.
Graitec continues to strengthen its governance framework through its Group-wide Code of Conduct, anti-corruption measures, third-party due diligence, whistleblowing mechanisms, employee training, data-protection governance and responsible procurement practices.
The company currently tracks 11 KPIs across six ESG pillars, supported by annual reporting and external frameworks and assessments including the EcoVadis committed badge and the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).
