InfrOS announced the launch of Evolving Architecture, a new capability that helps organizations continuously adapt their cloud infrastructure as AI transforms workload demands. As AI use accelerates, workloads are changing faster than traditional infrastructure planning can accommodate. This makes previously effective architecture decisions obsolete, inefficient or difficult to reverse. Evolving Architecture continuously identifies when a workload’s infrastructure no longer meets current requirements and recommends changes to improve performance, resilience, security and cost.
Evolving Architecture can be installed on existing workloads or included with newly deployed environments. It continuously detects infrastructure drift or the gradual changes that can cause a workload to no longer meet its performance, security, or cost requirements. It also identifies new cloud-provider capabilities that could help organizations better meet those requirements and improve workload outcomes. Every recommended fix or upgrade is emulated before deployment, benchmarked, and validated. InfrOS then presents the real-world trade-offs of each recommended change, including the expected effort, risk and potential benefits across performance, security, cost, reliability, scalability, maintainability and deployment complexity.
According to Gartner, AI-optimized infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) is entering a new phase of investment with spending forecasted to grow 96% in 2026, reaching $42 billion. This level of investment in infrastructure spending magnifies the potential risk of poor and static, unchangeable infrastructure decision making as conditions evolve.

“Companies are making $100 billion plus bets on infrastructure, especially as they build for AI,” stated Naor Porat, co-founder and CEO of InfrOS. “However, cloud and AI infrastructure are not one-time investments. As workloads, business requirements and technologies evolve rapidly in the age of AI, infrastructure must evolve with them. We created Evolving Architecture to close the gap between what was planned and what the business actually needs today, in real time. InfrOS replicates and tests infrastructure changes before companies invest significant engineering resources or capital in putting them into production.” “InfrOS makes your deployment work stronger. Evolving Architecture brings that same clarity to what’s already running. Automated Mapping shows us everything in the environment, Knowledge Enrichment explains why each piece is there, the Cost Optimization Analyzer flags waste with the evidence behind it, and Gain/Risk/Effort scoring tells us what to tackle first. No manual audits, no guesswork, just clear recommendations we can act on,” said George Bock, Chief Information Officer at Redion US.
“Working with the InfrOS team was a very positive experience. The platform not only identified meaningful cloud optimization opportunities but also provided the context and prioritization needed to turn insights into actionable next steps,” said Michalis Michailidis, Technology, Innovation, and Digital Services for PPC, the leading electric utility company in Greece.
InfrOS’ new Evolving Architecture capability supports workloads deployed across AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft’s Azure, and OCI as well as other multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
