NeuBird Launches the Agentic Reliability Center (ARC) to Govern Every AI Agent That Touches Production

NeuBird announced general availability of the Agentic Reliability Center (ARC). Built on the principle of leverage, not replacement, the NeuBird Production Ops Agent powered by ARC pairs a shared, version-controlled memory layer with human-in-the-loop policy gates, providing enterprises with one secure, audited connection to their telemetry and LLMs, a central memory that records every investigation by a human or agent, and a single audit trail and cost view across all agentic actions in production. Today, enterprises juggle internal agents, IDE assistants, and third-party tools all touching production, each with separate credentials, unmonitored model spend, and zero shared context, redundantly re-deriving investigations another agent already completed. NeuBird provides the governed infrastructure engineering teams need to run production agents safely and cost-effectively.

To extend these capabilities seamlessly into developer workflows, new Model Context Protocol (MCP) support for Claude Code, Cursor and Codex gives engineers the flexibility to investigate root causes, trace system dependencies, and evaluate operational impact directly from their command-line and IDE environments.

“Every enterprise we talk to is building agents that touch production, and almost none of them can tell you what those agents did last week, what they cost or who approved the changes that the agent made,” said Gou Rao, co-founder and CEO, NeuBird. “As we lead the industry into the age of agentic production, we’re giving teams the governed center to build on: telemetry connected once, models metered once, every investigation remembered and every action policy-gated.”

Engineering teams are overwhelmed with running more complex production systems without adding headcount, and many are building their own agents to help. By using the Production Ops Agent powered by ARC and by connecting their own agents via MCP, or both, organizations can prevent issues before they occur, resolve incidents in minutes and operate production environments without the risk of hallucinations or ballooning cloud and LLM costs. Engineers get time back to focus on the product roadmap. Leadership receives unified spend attribution, full audit logs and scheduled operational summaries.

ARC Serves One Production Context to People and Machines Alike
Originally launched as the industry’s first purpose-built AI incident investigator, the Production Ops Agent now serves as the flagship workload powered by ARC. Built to eliminate the toil of 2 AM alert storms, the agent investigates and resolves incidents alongside engineers, delivering root cause in under 5 minutes at 94% accuracy with cited evidence and staged rollback plans. By operationalizing this reasoning across real-world enterprise environments, customers report 80% fewer P1 war rooms and over 60% lower incident management costs.

ARC provides one metered connection to an enterprise’s telemetry and models to eliminate unmonitored credentials and runaway AI spend. Through Context Engineering, NeuBird enriches weak signals and fills in missing telemetry at the source rather than patching the alert. ARC is built on three key pillars:

  • Access: Agents and engineers reach telemetry and models through one governed door. Telemetry is queried in place across 50+ integrations and 15+ sources in parallel with zero telemetry storage. Every LLM call is metered through one governed connection, eliminating duplicate token waste across internal and third-party agents.
  • Remember: ARC keeps a live context graph of production. Every investigation, whether run by a human or an agent, is recorded, versioned and cited inside the customer’s environment. Engineer corrections are captured with an attributed author and version history and any change is reversible. Memory is stored as conclusions, not raw telemetry, so nothing has to be re-derived.
  • Serve: Engineers, leaders and the organization’s own agents work from one source of operational truth over MCP. Every suggested or recommended action requires approval before it executes and each approval is logged into  a full audit trail.

NeuBird supports Claude, GPT, Gemini, Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI and customer-hosted models, and connects to any MCP server. The platform offers flexible deployment options, running in cloud, VPC, on-prem, hybrid and air-gapped environments. NeuBird is SOC 2 Type II certified, every action is policy-gated and one audit trail covers all agentic activity.

NeuBird Works Alongside Engineers with MCP Support and Multiple Ways to Work
ARC extends its governed access, continuous refinement and memory layers directly into the tools engineering teams already use. New features include:

  • Universal MCP Integration: Enables enterprises to connect IDE assistants and homegrown internal agents (including Claude Code, Cursor and Codex) to inherit NeuBird’s telemetry access, operational memory, human-in-the-loop guardrails and audit trails on day one.
  • NeuBird for Jira on Atlassian Forge: Brings incident investigation directly into the Jira ticketing interface. Engineers can assign P1 incidents to NeuBird just like a teammate, prompting the Production Ops Agent to analyze over 15 data sources in parallel and comment with verified root cause, causal chains and actionable fixes in under 5 minutes at 94% accuracy. Built natively on Forge, customer credentials stay protected in encrypted storage with zero telemetry stored, and fixes pass through human approval gates before status updates or handoffs to service owners occur.
  • NeuBird Advisor: Works alongside the customer’s internal agents to continuously trace runtime reasoning, cross-check diagnoses against live operational context and flag missing evidence without manual auditing. Rather than acting as a rigid evaluation harness, Advisor operates as an objective peer: evaluating agent accuracy and token efficiency, accumulating cross-session operational memory and rolling up cost and performance metrics directly to engineering leadership.

“The resilience of our digital platform is vital to delivering a luxury experience both in our galleries and online,” said Nagesh Bidhurakanthu, CIO and SVP of Technology, RH. “Reducing time to resolution is a top priority for our SRE team, but high observability noise makes this difficult. NeuBird gives us a single, governed platform where agents can access our full stack, investigate incidents in minutes, and provide engineers with clear direction. Our team still makes the final call. We just get there faster.”
