As global security operations centers (GSOCs) grapple with a multi-billion dollar false alarm problem, Solink has introduced new AI-powered advancements to its VerifEye command center designed to filter out digital noise and reduce operator fatigue.
The features, announced today at the ISC West 2026 conference, utilize vision language models (VLMs) to pre-filter motion alarms. This technology addresses a significant industry pain point: approximately 90% of traditional motion alarms are non-actionable, triggered by environmental factors like wind or animals rather than actual security threats.
Tackling the “Broken” GSOC Model
The financial impact of these false positives is substantial. U.S. organizations spend an estimated $3.3 billion annually on manual alert triage. Beyond the cost, the sheer volume of data is taking a toll on personnel; 76% of security leaders identify alert fatigue as their primary challenge, a factor contributing to high turnover rates within the sector.
“Current GSOCs that rely only on humans to watch everything at once are broken,” said Mike Matta, co-founder and CEO of Solink. “With VerifEye, we are giving team members a platform to reduce data overload.”
The system employs a “human-in-the-loop” (HITL) approach. AI identifies and prioritizes high-risk signals—such as unauthorized entries or suspicious transactions—and places them in a queue. A human operator then makes the final decision on the response, ensuring that staff remain focused on verified incidents rather than repetitive, low-value tasks.
Faster Response and Integrated Workflows
According to the company, the integration of video-enabled AI can reduce response times for non-emergency dispatch to as little as three minutes. VerifEye also aims to centralize fragmented data by managing access control, loss prevention, and operational disruptions within a single dashboard.
This centralized approach provides an audit trail for every operator action, a feature intended to assist with legal compliance and insurance requirements.
Low Barrier to Entry
Unlike many enterprise security upgrades that require hardware overhauls, the enhanced VerifEye command center is designed to integrate with existing camera and data systems. Solink claims the software can be deployed within minutes, making high-end AI monitoring accessible to businesses of varying sizes.
The company is currently demonstrating the advancements to VerifEye, as well as its recently announced AI Agents this week, at booth #22053 during the ISC West 2026 conference.
