Veeam Software, innovative provider of systems management tools for VMware ESX Server environments, has formed a distribution agreement with Lifeboat Distribution, an international specialty software distributor for virtualization and other technically sophisticated products. Under the agreement, resellers and consultants worldwide can more easily license the Veeam management suite, broadening Veeam's reach through the Lifeboat partner network.

With the new agreement, all these partners will have ready access to Veeam Software products.
