For nearly 3 decades, Scott has been leading engineering teams, developing consumer and enterprise technologies, and he's a technical innovator with some 20 patents in the areas of multimedia, networking, and device management. Scott is also an entrepreneur with experience launching 3 successful startups.  For Microsoft, between 2012 and 2020, he was the Group Program Manager responsible for launching Microsoft's AVD-- Azure Virtual Desktop, and since 2020, he's spearheaded Windows 365.

In the episode, Scott discusses his early career working for Paul Allen and Bill Gates and his recent work with cloud-delivered Microsoft services.
