Firewalla has released Firewalla MSP 2.10.2, the latest update to its Managed Security Portal (MSP). The new version introduces expanded AI-driven security analysis, smarter alert intelligence, and enhanced real-time visibility into system performance.

Firewalla MSP is a powerful web-based platform that enables IT professionals and security teams to centrally manage and monitor multiple Firewalla devices from a single dashboard.Firewalla MSP is designed for small businesses, IT consultants, and prosumer users who need enterprise-grade visibility and control without the complexity of traditional security infrastructure. It serves environments that have outgrown consumer networking tools but do not require full-scale enterprise security stacks, offering centralized management, monitoring, and policy enforcement across multiple devices and locations.

“MSP 2.10.2 takes Firewalla AI further by helping teams cut through alert noise and focus on what truly matters,” said Jerry Chen, co-founder of Firewalla. “We’re delivering deeper behavioral insights while giving operators better visibility into both security events and device health.”

Key highlights in MSP 2.10.2 include:

AI-powered MSP Active Protect
MSP Active Protect now integrates Firewalla AI to help reduce false positives, improve behavioral alarm analysis, and identify suspicious connections more efficiently. New AI-generated alarm assessments classify threats by risk level and provide recommended actions, helping admins prioritize what requires attention.

AI Security Alarm Summaries and Email Digests
Users can now receive scheduled alarm and event summary emails, including AI-generated highlights covering critical threats, VPN issues, connectivity changes, new devices, and other notable activity.

New Single-Box MSP Experience
For customers managing a single Firewalla device, MSP 2.10 introduces a dedicated single-box interface optimized for easier access to performance monitoring, Wi-Fi, VPN, networks, and security controls.

Expanded Dashboard Visibility
Single-box users now gain access to new dashboard widgets showing:

  • WAN throughput
  • CPU utilization
  • Memory usage

This provides faster operational insight without navigating through multiple menus.

My Firewalla Merged into MSP Lite
Firewalla has consolidated its free web interface, My Firewalla, into a new unified portal called MSP Lite, bringing all free functionality into the MSP platform with a refreshed interface, email authentication, and two-factor authentication support.

Grant Mobile Access from MSP
Business plan administrators can now provision permanent or limited mobile access directly from the MSP interface, simplifying onboarding and remote access management.

Import Target Lists from GitHub
MSP users can now import supported community-maintained target lists from Firewalla’s public GitHub repository, enabling easier blocklist management and broader customization.

Improved Flow Filtering and AI Network Analysis

A new “Matched By” filter expands flow visibility across allow, block, time-limit, and disturbance rules, while Firewalla AI now supports analysis of network events and performance data.

Additional enhancements:

  • Increased VPN Mesh limits (up to 10 boxes per mesh on Professional plans)
  • Up to 100 target lists for Professional and Business plans
  • Larger report export limits
  • Extended 180-day visibility for alarms, events, and performance data on supported plans
  • IPv6 support in device tables
  • API support for rule creation

Firewalla MSP 2.10.2 is compatible with all MSP-supported Firewalla appliances, including the Firewalla Gold series, Orange series, Purple series, and Blue Plus devices.
